This Editorial Policy explains how we create, review, and maintain the content published on our Site — including both in-house articles and guest contributions.

2. Content Creation Process

Topic research: Topics are chosen based on relevance to job seekers, students, and working professionals, using search trends, reader queries, and industry developments.
Drafting: Articles are written or reviewed by our editorial team or vetted contributors with relevant subject-matter knowledge.
Fact-checking: Claims, statistics, salary figures, and technical details (such as SAP modules or certification requirements) are cross-checked against credible sources — official documentation, company career pages, government labor data, and industry reports — before publishing.
Editing: All content is reviewed for clarity, grammar, structure, and adherence to our style guide prior to publication.
Review and updates: Career and interview content dates quickly. We periodically review and update older articles to keep salary figures, exam patterns, and course details current, noting a "Last Updated" date where applicable.

3. Sourcing and Attribution

We cite credible, authoritative sources for statistics, salary data, and factual claims.
We do not knowingly publish false, misleading, or unverifiable information.
Where content is contributed by external experts or guest authors, they are credited with a byline and, where relevant, a brief author bio.

4. AI-Assisted Content Disclosure

We may use AI tools to assist with research, drafting, or editing efficiency. However:

All AI-assisted content is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by a human editor before publication.
We do not publish unedited, purely AI-generated "mass content" designed solely to manipulate search rankings.
Guest contributors must disclose if a submission was AI-assisted so it can be reviewed accordingly.

5. Guest Post & Contributor Review Standards

Every guest contribution submitted through our "Write for Us" program is evaluated against these standards before acceptance:

Originality: Must be 100% original, unpublished elsewhere, and not spun or AI-generated without disclosure.
Relevance: Must align with our core topics — careers, interviews, IT courses, SAP, certifications, salaries, resumes, and workplace skills — or clearly adjacent professional/educational topics.
Quality: Well-researched, well-structured, free of grammatical errors, and genuinely useful to readers.
No spam or manipulative linking: We do not accept content built primarily around excessive, irrelevant, or manipulative backlinks. Links must be contextual, relevant, and add genuine value.
Category restrictions: We do not accept content in categories associated with search-spam practices, including but not limited to: adult or sexually explicit content, gambling/casino, illegal downloads or piracy, counterfeit goods, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, payday/predatory loans, hacking or malware, cryptocurrency/forex "get rich quick" schemes, or any topic prohibited by Google's spam policies. Disclosure of paid or sponsored content: If a post includes sponsored content, affiliate links, or paid promotion, it will be clearly disclosed to readers in line with advertising standards, and relevant links will be tagged appropriately (e.g., "sponsored" or "nofollow").

6. Corrections Policy

We are committed to correcting factual errors promptly. If you notice an inaccuracy in our content:

Verified corrections will be updated as soon as possible, and significant corrections will be noted within the article.

7. Editorial Independence

Our editorial decisions — what we publish, how we rank recommendations, and how we present information — are made independently of advertisers, sponsors, or guest contributors. Any paid placements are clearly labeled and do not influence our unbiased evaluation elsewhere on the Site.
